MISSION

The purpose of the Minster Civic Association is to promote Minster and the vicinity surrounding Minster, create and maintain high community standards, develop opportunity for commercial, industrial, and agricultural endeavor, and to effect constructive cooperation for the benefit of all Minster citizens

HISTORY

The Minster Civic Association was founded in 1967.  Since that time, the MCA has enhanced the Minster Community by providing both financial support to various organizations and projects that benefit all Minster Citizens, and Leadership and assistance towards endeavors that promote and maintain high community standards
